No Video on the television or projector?
- check to make sure there is no other piece of equipment that the video connections are wired through. This equipment may need to be turned on.
- check to make sure you are on the right channel or input on the television or projector. Before you started playing the video, could you see anything else that resembled the signal from the computer?
- when you hit "play session" on the RightNow Media site, you will need to make sure the entire browser window is showing up on the television or projector before you hit "fullscreen" otherwise the video will only play on the desktop.
No Audio when playing the video from RightNow Media?
- check to see if the audio signal is being sent to an audio board or sound system. You may have to control the audio using this equipment instead.
- check to make sure you are on the right channel or input on the television or projector. Before you started playing the video, could you see anything else that resembled the signal from the computer?
- make sure that the volume is turned up on the video player by dragging the orange/gray bars to the right.
- you may also want to try clearing your cache.
